Instructions
Slice beef into thin strips and chop vegetables. Cook noodles according to package, then drain and toss with sesame oil.
Whisk soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes to make the sticky sauce. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
Heat oil in a skillet, sear beef until browned, then remove. Stir-fry garlic and ginger, add vegetables, cook briefly.
Return beef to pan, pour in sauce, add slurry, and cook until thickened. Toss in noodles, heat through, and coat evenly.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds for crunch.
Notes
Use high heat for stir-frying and keep ingredients ready for quick cooking.
