A quick and flavorful beef stir fry loaded with colorful vegetables, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Instructions
Slice beef thinly, toss with cornstarch, and set aside. Prepare sauce by whisking soy, oyster sauces, sugar, sesame oil, and broth; stir in slurry.
Heat 1 tbsp oil, sear beef until browned, then remove. In same pan, add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger; cook until fragrant.
Add onions, carrots, broccoli; stir fry 2-3 mins, then add bell peppers; cook until crisp-tender.
Return beef to pan, pour in sauce, toss, and cook 2-3 mins until thickened.
Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished as desired.
Notes
Use thinly sliced beef for quick cooking and tender results.
