Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 0.5 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 0.25 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  • Mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon honey until smooth.
  • Layer 1/3 of the yogurt mixture, berries, and granola in a glass, repeat layers.
  • Drizzle remaining honey over the top and garnish with mint leaves.
