This cheesy garlic bread is perfect for sharing, featuring a buttery, garlicky base topped with melted mozzarella and fresh herbs.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix minced garlic, olive oil, salt, paprika, and chopped parsley.
Slice the rolls in half horizontally and spread garlic mixture evenly over the cut sides.
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, egg, milk, and salt; brush over the garlic-coated bread.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the bread.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Garnish with chopped parsley and chili flakes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before baking.
