Butter

Sugar

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

Brown Sugar

  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)

Eggs

  • 4 large large eggs (at room temperature, beaten before added)

Vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

Flour & Cocoa

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder

Salt

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Chocolate Chunks

  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add beaten eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  • Stir in flour, cocoa powders, and salt; fold in chocolate chunks.
  • Spread batter in a 9x13-inch pan and bake for 28-32 minutes.
