Ingredients

Meat

Grains

Vegetables

Broth & Liquids

  • 2 cups Beef broth (As liquid for infusing flavor.)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 oz Cream cheese

Cheese & Seasonings

  • 1 2 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated for finishing.)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste.)
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper (Adjust to taste.)

Instructions 

  • Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  • Add ground beef; cook until browned. Stir in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add rice, cover, and cook until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.

Notes
