Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake chocolate oatmeal bars perfect for a quick treat.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions 

  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter and brown sugar, stir in vanilla and oats.
  • Press half of the oat mixture into the dish; melt peanut butter and chocolate chips, then spread over crust.
  • Add remaining oat mixture on top, drizzle with reserved chocolate, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
