These no-bake protein balls are a fun and healthy treat, perfect for celebrating any occasion!

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder ((50g))
  • 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 pinch salt (optional flavor booster)
  • 1 splash vanilla extract (optional flavor booster)
  • 1 drop almond extract (optional flavor booster)

Instructions 

  • Microwave peanut butter and honey for 20-30 seconds, stir until smooth.
  • Add protein powder, stir; adjust consistency with water or more powder as needed.
  • Gently fold in sprinkles.
  • Portion and roll into balls.
  • Chill on parchment-lined sheet for 20 minutes.
