Instructions
Marinate chicken with black pepper and salt for 15 minutes.
Stir-fry chicken in oil until browned, then set aside.
Sauté onion and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Return chicken, add soy, oyster sauces, sugar, then thicken with cornstarch slurry.
Cook until chicken is tender, garnish with green onions, and serve.
