A flavorful stir-fry featuring tender chicken thighs coated with freshly ground black pepper, complemented by vegetables and savory sauces.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 500 g boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

Oil & Sauces

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Vegetables & Aromatics

  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Slurry & Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Garnish

  • Green onions for garnish, chopped green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken with black pepper and salt for 15 minutes.
  • Stir-fry chicken in oil until browned, then set aside.
  • Sauté onion and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Return chicken, add soy, oyster sauces, sugar, then thicken with cornstarch slurry.
  • Cook until chicken is tender, garnish with green onions, and serve.

Notes

Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
