A delicious and healthy baked oatmeal combining blueberries and bananas for a comforting breakfast.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

(about 2 large bananas)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick spray.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl; combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in blueberries. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until top is golden; cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
