Ingredients

Fruits and Grains

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 piece banana
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla (Optional)
  • to taste cinnamon cinnamon (Optional)
  • to taste maple syrup maple syrup (Optional)

Instructions 

  • Add blueberries, banana, oats, and oat milk to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Adjust consistency with more oat milk if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes
