Ingredients

Liquid Egg Whites

  • 4.5 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites (or 1 ½ large egg whites)

Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Greek Yogurt (Fat Free Blueberry)

  • 2.65 Ounces Greek Yogurt (Fat Free Blueberry)

Baking Powder

  • ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder

Salt

  • Teaspoon Salt

Coconut Flour (or Oat Flour)

  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour

Honey

  • ½ Tablespoon Honey

Blueberries

  • Cup Blueberries

Protein Powder (Vanilla)

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla)

Instructions 

  • Take out a mug and coat it with non-stick spray.
  • Add all ingredients into the mug.
  • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Mix again and microwave for 1 minute.
