Enjoy a quick, healthy brownie made right in your mug with simple ingredients and minimal effort.

Ingredients

Base

  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • cup oat flour (see substitution below)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp granular sweetener (erythritol or coconut sugar)
  • tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp instant coffee powder (optional) (enhances chocolate flavor)
  • 2 tbsp preferred milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Pinch salt
  • to taste Chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions 

  • Mix Greek yogurt, sweetener, cocoa powder, coffee (if using), and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
  • Sift in oat flour and baking powder, then stir until smooth.
  • Add milk and mix to form a thick batter.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes or bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm directly from the mug. Enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a few extra chocolate chips or a drizzle of nut butter.
