Enjoy these crispy, spicy cauliflower bites coated in buffalo sauce, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste Cooking spray
  • 0.5 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 0.5 tablespoon lemon juice

For Serving

  • as needed Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
  • as needed Carrot and celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or spray with cooking spray.
  • Mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Coat cauliflower florets in batter.
  • Arrange coated florets on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Mix hot sauce, melted butter, and lemon juice. Brush sauce over baked cauliflower.
  • Bake for an additional 15 minutes until crispy. Serve with dressing and veggie sticks.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
