Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or spray with cooking spray.
Mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Coat cauliflower florets in batter.
Arrange coated florets on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Mix hot sauce, melted butter, and lemon juice. Brush sauce over baked cauliflower.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes until crispy. Serve with dressing and veggie sticks.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
