A delicious and seasonal flatbread featuring roasted butternut squash, fresh apple, kale, and optional goat cheese for a savory treat.

pizza dough
Instructions
Roast butternut squash at 400°F for 15 minutes.
Puree roasted squash, then roll out pizza dough and pre-bake at 425°F for 7 minutes.
Mix chopped shallot, kale, apple, and pecans.
Spread squash puree on crust, top with apple mixture, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
If using goat cheese, add it immediately after baking. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle with honey or add more goat cheese.
