Instructions
Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water; let sit until frothy.
Add pumpkin purée, yogurt, baking soda, salt, and herbs to the mixture.
Gradually add flour and knead until dough is smooth; rest for 40-50 minutes.
Divide dough into 8 balls, coat with seed mixture, and roll into 6-inch circles.
Cook on a greased skillet over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
