Instructions
Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Toss apples with cinnamon, salt, and sugar; cook with water until tender and saucy (~20 min).
Make caramel: boil sugar, corn syrup, lemon juice, and water until golden; whisk in cream and vanilla, then cool.
Assemble parfaits: layer yogurt, apples, more yogurt, then top with granola and caramel sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon on top.
