Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold and cubed)
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Filling

  • 2 apples apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions 

  • Prepare the dough by mixing flour and cold butter until crumbly, then add water to form a dough. Chill for 15 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough and cut into squares. Fill each with sliced apples, pecans, and drizzle with caramel.
  • Fold the edges to seal and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, drizzle with additional caramel if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with cinnamon before baking.
