Ingredients

Caramel

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 0.25 cup non-dairy milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla
  • 0.25 tsp pink salt
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 0.25 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp date caramel
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 0.25 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions 

  • Blend dates, non-dairy milk, vanilla, pink salt, and 1 tbsp caramel until smooth. Set aside.
  • Blend cashews, non-dairy milk, applesauce, apple pie spice, cinnamon, and ice until creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then pour into bowls.
  • Top with chopped apples, drizzle with caramel, and garnish with Nola Mix.

Notes

Use ripe dates for best caramel flavor and adjust sweetness as desired.
