Delight in these buttery scones filled with caramel chips and topped with white chocolate drizzle and sea salt for a perfect treat.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix dry ingredients, cut in butter until pea-sized, then stir in caramel chips. Chill dough.
Whisk espresso into cream, beat egg and vanilla. Combine wet and dry to form dough, divide into two.
Shape each into 6-inch circles on baking sheet, chill for 20 minutes.
Bake for 23-24 minutes, cool slightly, then cut into 6 wedges each.
Melt white chocolate with coconut oil, drizzle over cooled scones, sprinkle with sea salt.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla or espresso.
