Ingredients

Nuts and Seeds

  • 2 cups almonds
  • 0.75 cup pecans
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 0.5 cup cashews
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 0.5 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 tablespoons organic blackstrap molasses
  • 0.33 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C). Chop nuts and seeds, then mix with spices, molasses, honey, and vanilla.
  • Spread mixture evenly on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, stir, then bake another 10-15 minutes until golden. Cool before storing.
