A delicious, cheesy garlic pull-apart bread that's perfect for sharing. Easy to prepare and irresistibly flavorful.

Ingredients

Main

  • 1 loaf crusty loaf (preferably sourdough or Vienna)
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (or other melting cheese)
  • 100 g unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 large garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and chopped parsley.
  • Cut the bread diagonally into 2cm (1 inch) diamonds without cutting all the way through.
  • Gently pry open each crack, drizzle with butter, and stuff with cheese.
  • Wrap in foil and bake for 20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until crusty.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional herbs or cheese before baking.
