A delicious, cheesy garlic pull-apart bread that's perfect for sharing. Easy to prepare and irresistibly flavorful.

crusty loaf (preferably sourdough or Vienna)

shredded Mozzarella cheese (or other melting cheese)

unsalted butter (softened)

garlic cloves (minced)

fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and chopped parsley.
Cut the bread diagonally into 2cm (1 inch) diamonds without cutting all the way through.
Gently pry open each crack, drizzle with butter, and stuff with cheese.
Wrap in foil and bake for 20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until crusty.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional herbs or cheese before baking.
