Ingredients

Dough

  • 13 ounces canned refrigerator pizza dough
  • 6-7 sticks mozzarella cheese sticks

  • 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)

Herb butter

  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)

  • Mix egg and water, then brush over each ball. Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden.
  • While baking, melt butter and stir in half of parmesan, garlic, and herbs. Brush onto baked bread, sprinkle remaining parmesan, and serve with marinara or pesto.
