Instructions
Activate yeast by mixing it with warm water and a pinch of sugar; let sit until frothy.
Mix flour, salt, sugar, eggs, milk, and melted butter to form dough; knead until smooth.
Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Divide dough into rolls, stuff with cheese, and top with garlic, herbs, and butter mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
Notes
