A deliciously cheesy and garlicky pull-apart bread that's perfect for sharing at gatherings or as a comforting snack.
Ingredients
Bread

large
round loaf of rustic bread or sourdough
Butter
1
cup
unsalted butter, melted
Garlic
4
cloves
garlic, minced
Cheese
1
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
½
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Herbs and Seasonings
2
tablespoons
fresh parsley, finely chopped
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
to taste
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
Cut the bread diagonally into a grid pattern, about 1-2 inches apart.
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Brush the garlic butter between the cuts and over the top of the bread, then tuck cheese between the crevices.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional herbs or cheese before baking.
