Delight in these soft, cheesy, and garlicky pull-apart rolls perfect for sharing. Easy to make and irresistibly tasty!
Ingredients
Dough

all-purpose flour

tablespoon
granulated sugar

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
instant dry yeast

cup
warm milk
(about 110 F)

unsalted butter, melted
Cheese

cup
mozzarella cheese, shredded
Garlic Butter

tablespoons
unsalted butter, melted
4
cloves
garlic, minced
2
tablespoons
fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk and melted butter; form dough.
Knead dough for 5-7 minutes, let rise covered for 1 hour.
Punch down dough, divide into 12 pieces, flatten, add cheese, pinch closed, and form into balls.
Arrange rolls seam side down in a greased dish. Mix garlic butter ingredients and drizzle over rolls.
Let rise for 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley before baking.
