Instructions
Cook the fettuccine until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Add butter and cook briefly.
Rest the chicken, then slice. In the same pan, melt butter, add cream, garlic, seasonings, and simmer until thickened. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
Combine sauce with cooked pasta, then top with sliced chicken. Garnish as desired.
