A delicious twist on classic Alfredo, served in crispy garlic bread bowls filled with tender chicken and pasta.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)

Bread

  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3-4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 0.5 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with garlic herb seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook in olive oil for 6-8 minutes.
  • Cook pasta until al dente; drain well.
  • Hollow out rolls to create bowls; brush with garlic butter and toast at 375°F for 4-5 minutes.
  • Combine cooked chicken, pasta, and Alfredo sauce; fill bread bowls and top with parmesan.
  • Return filled bowls to oven for 4-5 minutes until cheese melts and bread is crispy; serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes.
