A delicious combination of creamy chicken Alfredo served with toasted garlic bread, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 small chicken breasts (cut into ½ inch pieces)
  • 1 loaf Italian style bread
  • 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning (or salt, pepper, garlic powder)
  • 1.5 sticks unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic (or garlic paste)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken with olive oil and poultry seasoning for 10 minutes.
  • Cook chicken until golden, then set aside. Slice bread and prepare garlic butter spread.
  • Spread garlic butter on bread halves and toast at 350°F for 5-10 minutes.
  • Make Alfredo sauce with butter, garlic, parsley, cream, and cheese. Spread on bread, top with chicken and mozzarella, then bake 5 minutes until cheese melts.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional parsley or red pepper flakes before serving.
