A creamy and flavorful pasta dish combining tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and rich Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz penne pasta

Protein

  • 3-4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (bite-sized pieces)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers (red or yellow)

Aromatics

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook penne pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Sauté chicken pieces in olive oil with salt and pepper until golden (6-8 min).
  • Add garlic, broccoli, and peppers; cook until vegetables are tender (~5 min).
  • Pour in heavy cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan until melted.
  • Mix cooked pasta into the sauce and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs.
