A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken and fresh vegetables in a rich Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 3-4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers (red or yellow)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • Sauté chicken in olive oil with salt and pepper until golden (6-8 min).
  • Add garlic, broccoli, and peppers; cook until tender (about 5 min).
  • Pour in heavy cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan until melted.
  • Mix in cooked pasta, serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
