A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken and fresh vegetables in a rich Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients

penne pasta

boneless skinless chicken breasts
(bite-sized pieces)

fresh broccoli florets

sliced bell peppers (red or yellow)

garlic, minced

heavy cream

grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings

Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
Sauté chicken in olive oil with salt and pepper until golden (6-8 min).
Add garlic, broccoli, and peppers; cook until tender (about 5 min).
Pour in heavy cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan until melted.
Mix in cooked pasta, serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
