A comforting and hearty chicken noodle soup perfect for any day. Easy to prepare and full of flavor.
Ingredients
Broth and liquids

Vegetables

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, and celery; cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add shredded chicken, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in egg noodles and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust seasonings to taste.
