Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat grill and season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, then rest and slice.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan, cook minced garlic for 1 minute, then stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until smooth.
  • Divide rice into bowls, top with sliced chicken, and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
