Canned Chickpeas
400gcanned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Avocados
2mediummedium ripe avocados, pitted and mashed
Red Onion
1.5mediummedium red onion, finely diced
Bell Pepper
1mediummedium bell pepper, finely diced
Jalapeño
1smallsmall jalapeño, seeded and minced
Lime Juice
2tbspfresh lime juice
Chili Powder
1tspchili powder
Ground Cumin
0.5tspground cumin
Smoked Paprika
0.5tspsmoked paprika
Garlic Powder

Instructions
Mash avocados in a bowl, add chickpeas and lightly mash. Mix in red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Warm tortillas until flexible. Divide the mixture among tortillas, add optional toppings, fold sides, and roll tightly. Serve immediately.
