These delicious no-bake chocolate almond balls are quick to make and perfect for a sweet, healthy treat.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder (32g)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • to taste flaked sea salt

Instructions 

  • Mix almond butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  • Form mixture into 1 tablespoon-sized balls and place on parchment-lined sheet.
  • Freeze for 1 hour to set.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, then dip balls into the melted chocolate.
  • Place dipped balls back on sheet and top with sea salt; chill until set.

Store in fridge or freezer for best texture.
