Delight in these rich, no-bake chocolate almond brownie balls, perfect for a quick treat or healthy snack.

Ingredients

wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

dry ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

topping

  • Flaky sea salt for sprinkling on top

Instructions 

  • Mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add dry ingredients and combine into a dough.
  • Form into small balls and chill for 15-30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil, then dip each ball into the chocolate.
  • Place on parchment, sprinkle with sea salt, and refrigerate until set.
