Eggs

  • 1 piece Egg

Liquid ingredients

  • 2 Tbsps (30ml) ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Fruits

  • 1/2 Banana (50g) g Banana

Dry ingredients

  • 1/8 Cup (20g) g Oats

Protein powder

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Isopure

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour batter into waffle maker and cook
