Dry ingredients

Old-fashioned oats (Blended into oat flour)

Vanilla whey protein powder (Use plant-based for vegan)

Instructions
Blend oats into flour, then mix with dry ingredients.
Mash banana, whisk with eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Combine wet & dry, fold in chocolate chips, rest 5 min.
Heat skillet with coconut oil, pour batter, cook until bubbles form.
Flip and cook until golden. Serve with maple syrup.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or a spoonful of almond butter.
