Delight in these rich, homemade chocolate cups filled with creamy coconut butter and topped with shredded coconut for added texture and flavor.
Ingredients
Chocolate

cup
dark chocolate chips
½
cup
coconut butter
2
tbsp
maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla extract
¼
tsp
sea salt
2
tbsp
shredded coconut
(optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Melt half of the dark chocolate chips until smooth.
Spoon 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into each liner, freeze 10 minutes.
Mix coconut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Remove from freezer, add coconut butter layer, then top with remaining melted chocolate, freeze 20 minutes.
Garnish with shredded coconut if desired, then remove from liners and enjoy.
Notes
Keep refrigerated for best texture.
