Delightful no-bake treats combining oats, cocoa, and shredded coconut for a quick, tasty snack.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 115 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 62 g milk of choice
  • 240 g old fashioned oats
  • 80-120 g finely shredded coconut (for coating)

Vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Mix oats, butter, sugar, and cocoa powder in a large bowl.
  • Add vanilla and milk; stir until combined.
  • Form mixture into small balls and coat with shredded coconut.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Enjoy or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Notes

Chill the mixture well for easier rolling.
