These delicious and healthy energy balls are perfect for a quick snack, combining dates, nuts, and cocoa for a satisfying treat.

Ingredients

Main

  • 2 cups pitted dates
  • ½ cup raw pecans
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Line a baking pan with wax paper.
  • Process dates and nuts until fine and uniform.
  • Add remaining ingredients and process until mixture clumps.
  • Roll 1 tablespoon of dough into balls and place on pan.
  • Store in an airtight container in fridge or freezer.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
