Delight in these no-bake chocolate fudge oat bars, combining rich chocolate with wholesome oats for a satisfying treat.

Instructions
Mix oats, oat flour, salt, and cardamom in a bowl, then add melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
Optional: dry toast oats and cool completely before mixing.
Press three-fourths of the mixture into a lined 7-inch square tin.
Freeze for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt chocolate and mix with tahini until smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture over the oat base, sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top, then freeze for 30-60 minutes.
Notes
For easier digestion, toast oats before mixing. Keep refrigerated for best results.
