Instructions
Add oats and sunflower seeds to a food processor and pulse until oats turn to flour and seeds are in large crumbs.
Add dates, peanut butter, cacao powder, vanilla, and sea salt; process until a dough forms, adding water if needed.
Roll the dough into 15 balls, about 30g each.
Mix crushed peanuts, cacao powder, and sea salt; roll balls in the mixture to coat.
Notes
Keep the mixture chilled for easier rolling.
