Delight in these no-bake, energy-boosting bliss balls combining oats, dates, peanut butter, and cocoa for a perfect snack.

Ingredients

Base

  • 50 g oats
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 200 g pitted dates
  • 125 g peanut butter
  • 3.5 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) (optional)
  • pinch sea salt (optional) (optional)
  • 25 g crushed peanuts
  • 5 g cacao powder
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions 

  • Add oats and sunflower seeds to a food processor and pulse until oats turn to flour and seeds are in large crumbs.
  • Add dates, peanut butter, cacao powder, vanilla, and sea salt; process until a dough forms, adding water if needed.
  • Roll the dough into 15 balls, about 30g each.
  • Mix crushed peanuts, cacao powder, and sea salt; roll balls in the mixture to coat.

Notes

Keep the mixture chilled for easier rolling.
