Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats (regular or quick cooking)
  • 2/3 cup reduced fat peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (mini chips work best)
  • 2 tsp water (only if needed)

Instructions 

  • Mix oats, peanut butter, and honey until combined.
  • Crush pretzels into small pieces.
  • Add pretzels and chocolate chips to the mixture.
  • Form mixture into balls; add water if needed to help it stick.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
