Ingredients

  • 2 large frozen bananas (peeled before freezing)

  • 1-2 medjool dates or tbsp medjool dates or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (almond, oat, coconut, etc)

Toppings

  • Banana
  • Peanut butter
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Chocolate chips
  • Granola

Instructions 

  • Add ingredients to the blender.
