A delicious and healthy banana bread infused with chocolate and protein, perfect for a nutritious snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups Rolled Oats (Turned into Oat Flour)
  • 4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 3 scoops Protein Powder (Chocolate)
  • ¼-½ cup Your Choice Sweetener (e.g., Stevia In The Raw)
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 large Whole Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ounces Milk (or Milk Substitute)
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 3 bananas Ripe Bananas

Optional Add-ins

  • to taste Chocolate Chips (or anything else)

Instructions 

  • Process oats into flour using a blender or food processor.
  • Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Optional: Mix in chocolate chips or nuts.
  • Line a bread pan with parchment or spray with non-stick spray.
  • Pour batter into the pan and top if desired.
  • Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 35-40 minutes.
