Ingredients

Oats

  • 0.75 cup rolled oats

Protein Powder

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

Seeds

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Cacao Powder

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder

Liquid

  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut water

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients into a small pot.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
  • Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
