Delicious and nutritious chocolate protein pancakes perfect for a energizing breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

cup
oat flour or all-purpose flour

tsp
baking powder

tbsp
cacao powder
2
tbsp
chocolate protein powder
2-3
tbsp
sugar (coconut sugar)
Wet ingredients
1
cup
dairy-free milk
2
tbsp
coconut oil
1 dash
vanilla
1 pinch
salt

chocolate chips
Instructions
Add all pancake ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Grease a pan with coconut oil and pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
Cook each pancake for 2-4 minutes on each side until golden.
Melt dark chocolate and pour over pancakes. Optional: add banana coins or fruit.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a handful of berries or sliced banana on top.
