A moist and flavorful cinnamon apple bread perfect for breakfast or a snack, combining fresh apples with warm spices.

Dry ingredients

Wet ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
Combine wet and dry ingredients just until blended.
Peel and cube the apple, then mix with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Layer half of batter, then cinnamon apples, then remaining batter and apples.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional cinnamon before baking.
