These delicious and healthy energy balls combine oats, dried apples, and warm spices for a perfect snack.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

old-fashioned rolled oats
(can use gluten-free oats)

ground cinnamon

(or peanut butter)

pure vanilla extract

chopped freeze dried apples
(or dried apples)
Instructions
Combine oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, allspice, salt, almond butter, honey, vanilla, and dried apples in a bowl.
Mix until ingredients are well combined and moist.
Form mixture into balls using a cookie scoop or by hand, then chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
